This is one of the easiest ways to add in turmeric into a classic morning favourite - scrambled eggs. Adding turmeric to this recipe is a simple twist on a oldie - but it's a goldie!

What I love most is that it already has the 3 elements (heat, healthy fat and pepper) which maximises turmerics benefits in your body. The black pepper helps your body absorb the amazing benefits of turmeric by 20 times! The butter/oil/ghee allows turmeric to be directly absorbed in the bloodstream and the heat increases the solubility in your body by 12 times.

When you think about all the benefits that adding 1/2 a tsp of turmeric adds to your plate, you'll always be sure this simple addition stays.

Turmeric is a superfood spice with potent benefits. It enhances mood and immunity, reduces inflammation and has amazing antimicrobial properties.

Turmeric and black pepper are the perfect duo. Not only do they taste great together but the black pepper helps your body absorb the amazing benefits of turmeric by 20 times! To reap even more benefits of turmeric - add some healthy fat (like oil, butter or milk).
