This is a SUPER simple Indian side dish called Raita. It's typically used as a condiment to cool down a spicy meal. The cooling combo of yoghurt, cucumber, coriander (and you can also add mint) balances out the heat and spice of meals. This creamy spiced with cumin helps the digestion of the food, which is why I love it paired with rich, heavy and spicy meals. Try this out for a simple addition to your dinner party menu!
