CCF tea is an ancient Ayurvedic digestive tea blend made from cumin, coriander and fennel which are all well-known spices for digestion. When the three spices are combined they are powerful in stimulating the digestive system, enhancing the body's ability to breakdown ama (toxins) and undigested food which can accumulate in the body.

CCF tea clears your body of toxins, detoxify the entire body.

People with a weak digestive system are recommended to drink cumin water early in the morning on empty stomach for better digestion. You can either boil (simmer seeds for 5 mins & strain) or soak overnight with 2 tbs in 1 L of hot water.

It’s also great to have at the end of a meal to aid digestion – mix it up with some lemon, fennel, mint etc. You can even just chew on some cumin or fennel seeds after a meal for better digestion.

Cumin, Coriander, Fennel Tea (CCF)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

Directions

Bring water to boil in a pan or pour boiling water in a tea pot

Add coriander, cumin, and fennel seeds and let boil for at least 5 minutes

Strain into a cup & enjoy
